• WHAT:  Your athlete will be coached on speed and agility and position specific drills

• WHEN: 2x 60min sessions/week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6PM-7PM beginning March 19, 2013

• WHO: All athletes welcome from beginner to expert ages 9-18 (athletes grouped in accordance to age and skill level)

• COST: $25/session

• REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: t-shirt, shorts, sneakers or cleats & a GREAT ATTITUDE!
